You'll gain hands-on experience across the key foundations of leasing and property, while being supported by a team that genuinely wants to see you succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same in this role.
You'll be the go-to person keeping everything ticking along.
Your job is to make sure our owners, tenants, and team all feel looked after.
That means things like:
Being the friendly face (and voice) for prospective tenants, answering enquiries, showing properties, and making sure inspections run smoothly.
Preparing condition reports (ingoing, outgoing, and periodic) so properties are always up to scratch.
Helping with the behind the scenes essentials: leases, bonds, rental statements, key registers, website updates, and the odd brochure or display.
Supporting our Property Managers with maintenance, repairs, and all the little details that keep owners happy and tenants comfortable.
Keeping an eye on the dollars, collecting rent, issuing receipts, and following up arrears (politely but firmly).
Acting as the link between tenants, landlords, and trades, making sure everyone's on the same page.
Pitching in on marketing, rental lists, advertising, and making sure properties look their best online and in print.
Generating reports, updating systems, and jumping in with any admin tasks the team needs.

What We're Looking For

A professional approach with a sense of humour (because in real estate, you need both).
Current NSW real estate certificate or licence (or willingness to obtain) and a driver's licence.
