Job Opportunity: Leasing Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to deliver exceptional customer service, conduct open home inspections, assist with tenancy agreements, negotiate lease renewals, and liaise with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experience to clients and tenants
  • Conduct property inspections as required
  • Support the preparation of rental agreements
  • Negotiate lease extensions
  • Interact with a range of stakeholders, including tenants, landlords, etc.
  • Handle tenant inquiries
  • Perform routine, initial, and final property inspections
  • Manage diaries and perform general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of prior property management experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High levels of professionalism
  • A real estate license or certificate of registration
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Intermediate computer literacy on various software platforms
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
