About Our Part-Time Leasing and Inspection Position

We are seeking an experienced individual to fill a part-time Leasing and Inspection role. This position involves managing the overflow of inspections and leasing duties in support of our Senior Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out weekly open homes on Wednesday and Saturday
  • Conduct thorough ingoing inspections
  • Routine inspections and prepare detailed reports for submission to landlords
  • Share feedback from open homes with relevant parties
  • Flag any maintenance issues with property managers for prompt action

Requirements:

  • A minimum 12 months' experience in a leasing or property management role
  • An exceptional level of customer service and communication skills
  • A current certificate of registration or real estate license
  • A reliable vehicle and clean driver's license
  • Experience dealing with landlords and tenants
  • Maintaining impeccable presentation
  • Flexibility to work Saturday and Wednesday
  • Detailed and accurate reporting and note-taking skills
  • Knowledge of the Lower North Shore area
