**Job Description**:
KEY OBJECTIVES OF JOB:
- Responsible for driving profitable sales growth for two Divisions across ANZ; Division responsibilities include Industrial Adhesives and Tapes, and Masking and Packaging- Execute priority programs within Australia and New Zealand, including sales campaigns and marketing programs- Own customer strategy and commercial terms to the customers in ANZ- Drive excellence in sales execution implementing strategic direction and go-to-market plans in ANZ, focusing on sales growth- Provides sales leadership around sales pipeline, sales planning, customer relationship management, competitive advantage and sales support activities- Adjusts sales plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Prioritizes and analyzes multiple sales strategies to determine best course of action- Assign local resources to priorities, including reallocation based on customer segmentation/opportunity- Place appropriate resources and talent associated with the profile needed for division go to market model- Lead/coach/develop/motivate the sales teams for growth- Collaborate with Area (Asia) and Global internal stakeholders, providing local market insights for sales and marketing programs, participating in the demand planning process for accurate supply planning, and executing corporate initiatives within the ANZ organization.
