**Due to an internal promotion, we are delighted to announce that Mölnlycke Healthcare-ANZ is looking to appoint a **Head of Sales** **to lead the Wound Care team consisting of six direct managers and approximately thirty-star sales performers in ANZ. The incumbent will preferably be based in Sydney, but we are also open to considering other regions within Australia.**

**Job Summary**:
To lead and manage the ANZ Wound Care sales team in support of freeing patients from the burden of wounds. In addition to meeting business objectives, there is a strong focus on team development, customer centricity, and new channel development.

**In this** **role you will**:

- Maximise sales and profitability in the Hospital, Aged and Community care, Pharmacy and E-commerce channels
- Develop and motivate the sales leadership and local sales organisation to achieve agreed objectives and outcomes
- Work closely with key Commercial stakeholders, including Commercial Excellence and Marketing, to develop strategic plans and business objectives including the input on setting targets and forecasts for each region
- Work cross functionally with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Finance, and People Experience to support local objectives
- Develop and support a strong network of contacts and Key Opinion Leaders
- Support the effective utilisation of CRM
- Mentor emerging sales talent in the APAC region

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Wound Care experience is highly desirable
- Demonstrated track record in achieving success in medical devices
- Previous experience with Sales leadership management -leading leaders
- Proven experience in leading a sales team to success preferably in both New Zealand and Australia
- Decision-making acumen and critical thinking skills
- Customer and Market insights
- Business and Financial acumen
- Demonstrated effective strategic business planning
- Experience with new product launch excellence
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent ability in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
