Our Federal Government client is seeking a motivated
**Policy/ Program Officer** with strong administrative skills

**About the role**:

- Contribute to planning and implementation of program activities
- Assist with stakeholder management in support of program activities, including record keeping of stakeholder liaison and correspondence
- Assist with monitoring and managing contracts, budgets, service agreements and financial administration for programs
- Provide administrative support to senior staff including preparation and collation of papers, arranging travel and accommodation and broader logístical support
- Provide secretariat support to steering committees in support of governance arrangements
- Draft briefings, minutes and internal documents

**Ideally you will have**:

- Demonstrated strong organisational skills, including the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse and uncertain environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication skills, including demonstrated ability to produce high quality written work for a variety of audiences
- Support and contribute to ongoing continuous improvement activities
