Job Overview

This role entails leading a field service team to achieve productivity goals and ensure optimal product and skill coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review employee performance and development, including coaching through regular field accompaniments.
  • Manage performance by monitoring, implementing, and improving results at the team and individual levels.
  • Take ownership within the escalation process to achieve resolution.
  • Provide in-field technical support to field technicians and dealers as required.
  • Manage branch performance against customer satisfaction targets.
  • Ensure adherence to company health and safety, quality management, and performance standards.
  • Offer assistance on hardware, software, and operational aspects of services and support products.
  • Travel to regional locations as needed.
About the Role

This position requires experience supporting business imaging products and managing customers. You will serve as a technical escalation point and have experience managing teams and their development.
