**The Company**:
This award winning consultancy is a specialist in their field with particular focus on building technology and innovation. They work on a large portfolio of projects including healthcare, educational, infrastructure and commercial building projects for both private and public clients.

**The Position**:
Employed as an Associate Electrical Engineer or a Senior with the view to move into an associate role, you will be using your experience and technical ability to bring in new business, complete engineering analysis and concept design of electrical services for new projects. Using your exceptional communication and presentation skills coupled with your technical expertise you will lead projects and guide project teams as well as present to clients and other project stakeholders.

**The Person**:

- A recognised Electrical Engineering degree or qualification
- Circa 8-10 + years experience working as a Electrical Engineer within a building services consulting environment
- Extensive experience coordinating and leading teams of engineers / drafters on building projects
- Solid understanding of local building codes and standards along with an existing network and knowledge of the local market
- Proven experience in presenting to clients with business development skills and good commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to integrate well into an existing team
