Melbourne, Sydney
or
Brisbane

What is your role?
You'll take a key leadership role within our national Mission Critical team, contributing to the planning,
design and delivery of technically complex data centre and infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with national and international clients, managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering innovative, resilient engineering solutions.
You'll provide leadership in client engagement, team mentoring, project delivery, and technical design - supporting everything from feasibility through to detailed design and construction. You will also be instrumental in shaping our data centre capability and mentoring the next generation of technical leaders at ADP.

About You
- You're a seasoned electrical engineer with
10+ years of experience
in the building services industry and a strong track record delivering complex, high-value projects across critical infrastructure. - You bring deep expertise in
data centre design and delivery
, with a focus on resilient, efficient electrical systems and a strong appreciation for operational continuity and performance. - You have demonstrated success in
leading project teams
, engaging with clients, and driving strategic outcomes across multidisciplinary environments. - Your experience spans diverse sectors such as mission critical, defence, healthcare, or large-scale commercial projects, and you understand the regulatory and operational complexities involved.
- You are confident managing competing priorities, mentoring technical teams, and collaborating across internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- You hold (or are eligible for) professional registration and understand your obligations as a senior design practitioner under relevant state legislation.
