Agribusiness Manager 2
, you will join the
Regional & Agribusiness Team in Narrabri
that's doubling down on customer obsession.
Responsibilities
Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of Agribusiness relationships and Commercial Lending, delivering tailored financial solutions that meet their unique needs.
Drive portfolio growth through strong relationship management, acquisition of new customers, and effective expense management.
Provide strategic financial advice and integrated solutions that support customers' long-term business objectives.
Utilise deep understanding of both pre-farmgate and post-farmgate markets to build strong networks and expand business opportunities.
Ensure a high standard of credit quality across the portfolio by identifying and managing credit risk effectively.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations, industry trends, and challenges, helping them to make informed financial decisions.
Qualifications
A passion for relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.
A background in banking, finance or agribusiness, with a strong understanding of agricultural sector.
Growth mindset and enthusiasm to learn, develop and succeed in a business development-focused environment.
Proven experience in financial analysis, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities.
Proactive problem solver who makes decisions and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Drive, resilience, and tenacity to overcome challenges and achieve results.
