**General Summary**:
As an End User Computing Specialist at ConnectWise you will support fellow colleagues by ensuring they are operating at peak efficiency. Serving on the frontlines and being the face of IT support, you will have countless opportunities to collaborate with the many talented personalities at ConnectWise.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- You will have opportunities to help resolve IT related issues reported by colleagues
- After receiving reported issues, you will prioritize and resolve them and escalate to senior resources as appropriate
- By listening and helping fellow colleagues understand their IT related issues, you will build great relationships
- Using your outstanding attention to detail you will document all relevant information and steps taken while helping to resolve problems
- You will have endless opportunities to discover knowledge via online resources and create useful knowledge base articles for the business

- Experience servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing laptop and desktop hardware
- Experience with both Windows 10 and MacOS troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Office troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory management and administration
- Experience with Microsoft Office365 and Exchange Online management and administration
- Experience using enterprise MDM (Intune & VMWare UEM)
- Experience with VoIP phone system administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with TCP/IP networking and VLANs
- Familiarity with PowerShell
- Experience working in Windows Server 2012 & 2016
- Experience updating and creating documentation and knowledge base articles
**Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations**:
- 3+ years' experience paired with relevant secondary education and/or industry certifications
**Working Conditions**:
- Sydney, AU office
- Professional office environment
- Up to 5% travel may be required
- Ability to lift and move at least 25 pounds
