**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain financial models to support asset financing transactions
- Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess the impact of changes to key variables on financial performance
- Analyze historical data to forecast future performance and identify trends
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data
- Continuously monitor and update financial models to reflect changes in business performance and market conditions

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA/CA/CFA designation
- 3-4 years of experience in financial modelling, accounting, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced modelling techniques and financial functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
