This role presents a chance to work closely with senior leadership and take ownership of the organization's custom-built fund model.

  • Maintain, review, and improve investment models across a portfolio of property funds.
  • Analyse the financial impacts of project activities and present findings to the Investment Manager and leadership team.
  • Prepare, review, and enhance development feasibilities and other financial models.
  • Understand and manage the capital stack, including the interaction between debt and equity across multiple projects.

We're seeking an analytical professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with complex financial models and development scenarios.

  • 2–5 years' experience in funds management, property investment, development, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong technical expertise in financial modelling and development feasibilities.
  • A sound understanding of fund structures, capital stacks, and the relationship between debt and equity.
  • Experience with Estate Master or similar financial modelling software, highly regarded but not essential.
