The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a custom-built, in-house fund model.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Reviewing and improving investment models across a portfolio of property funds
  • Analysing financial data to present findings to senior leadership
  • Preparing and enhancing development feasibilities and other financial models

Requirements include:

  • Advanced Excel skills with strong technical expertise in financial modelling
  • A sound understanding of fund structures, capital stacks, and debt/equity relationships
  • Experience with Estate Master or similar software is highly regarded
