Trading Systems Engineer
As a senior-level Trading Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing business-critical trading systems. Our growing team builds some of the most powerful trading systems in the financial industry and tackles complex problems in a constantly changing environment.
Our system engineers work with traders and quantitative researchers to create competitive edge through best-in-class technical solutions. Analysis, design, and development of trading systems are your core responsibilities. You will take projects through the entire software development cycle from requirements gathering to production release.
Optimize systems to improve performance and latency.
Collaborate with technologists, traders, and quantitative analysts to achieve optimal outcomes.
Continuously improve the capability and reliability of the systems using technology, automation, and optimization.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a technical or related discipline. A track record, knowledge, or interest in trading, risk, quantitative, or trading systems development is critical. Exceptional C# development skills with extensive knowledge of design, profiling, object-oriented programming, multi-threading, and performance are also required.
Additionally, experience in microservices and cloud technologies is necessary. A thorough understanding of the full software development life-cycle and excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills are highly valued.
Knowledge of or experience in trading, derivatives, risk, pricing, and Greeks will be highly regarded. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills for interacting with traders, quantitative analysts, and other software developers.
