Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in low-level Java development with a focus on tuning for low-latency trading systems.
- Strong knowledge of the FIX protocol and its application in trading environments.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
