**Key Tasks**

We are seeking a highly motivated aluminium window and door fabricator for our R&D team to:

- assist in the manufacture of prototype models of new and existing products for repetition, operational or regulatory testing
- deliver training and answer technical questions
- clean and maintain fabrication tools and equipment
- document fabrication assessments and communicate corrective actions and opportunities for design improvements.

**Skills and Experience**

To be considered you will need to have:

- considerable experience in the fabrication of aluminium products
- practical experience in aluminium fabrication tools, techniques and processes
- proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering and technical product drawings
- problem solving capability demonstrated through experience in devising practical solutions
- procedural and documentation skills and an awareness of quality management principles
- an ability to travel as required.

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of the Capral's product range.
- Previous product testing and NATA accreditation experience.
