**The Day to Day**
- Assist with Service Excellence projects and initiatives
- Manage ordering of stock for the centre, financial record keeping, and oversight of facility projects and maintenance
- Support the coordination of reporting in conjunction with the Practice Manager
- Responsible for the successful delivery of administration support

**As an experienced Administration Coordinator, you'll have**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders and services, including senior and executive managers both within New Horizons and external organisations
- Strong customer service orientation
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities within a demanding and diverse environment
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, other common systems and understanding of social media
- Bring your special talent to work independently and take ownership of key responsibilities to achieve outcomes
