At BaptistCare, we're passionate about creating workplaces where people thrive. We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role
You'll partner with leaders across our Northern NSW Residential and Retirement Living portfolio, providing expert HR support and driving workforce strategies that make a difference.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading complex case management and employee relations mattersSupporting leaders with change, workforce planning, and capability buildingDriving initiatives that embed best practice HR and strengthen culture
You'll work independently with the backing of a collaborative national HR team and supportive subject matter experts.
About You
We're seeking an experienced HR professional who brings:
Ability to influence and partner with leaders to deliver workforce outcomesStrength in case management, change initiatives, and coaching leadersProven HR/ER experience in complex, unionised environmentsRelevant HR qualifications (or equivalent experience)Genuine alignment with BaptistCare's values
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region are required.
