Post Exchange Specialist
This position involves overseeing the post-exchange process from contract to settlement.
The Role:
Take ownership of the entire post-exchange process including pre-settlement inspections and documentation management.
Develop strong working relationships with mortgage brokers, solicitors, building/pest inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and compliance.
Ensure all due diligence tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Keep clients informed throughout the process and provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
Certificate of registration is a mandatory requirement.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proactive problem-solving skills with a professional demeanor are required to resolve any issues that may arise during the post-exchange process.
Previous experience in property investment, real estate, conveyancing, or similar fields would be highly beneficial but not essential.
