We are a foreign exchange company based in Sydney, Australia, with branches in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia. We provide foreign banknote exchange, instant money transfer, and many other services. Our currency exchange, travel currency, and online currency ordering help our customers lock in the best rates. We are seeking a weekend casual/part time customer service specialist in Warringah Mall Branch.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- English and Mandarin Chinese bilingual speaking
- Responsible and accountable
- Excellent ability to work in a team and independently
- Job type-FT/CASUAL/PT

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Answer direct phone calls from customers.
- Conduct client documents processing and filing
- Complete customer request and customer account reconciliation
- Assist in day to day branch operations and administration
- Daily transaction data entry and daily bank reconciliation

**Benefits**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
