Job Description:

We are seeking a Foreign Exchange Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through the activation of private client profile registrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Build rapport with prospective and existing customers by using excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Growth: Promote customer conversions by selling the benefits of our services compared to competitors.
  • Transaction Execution: Accurately price and book foreign exchange transactions, utilizing negotiation skills where necessary.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a Finance or Business-related discipline is an advantage.
  • Existing exposure to the banking/finance sector is desired but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills.
  • Integrity, flexibility, reliability, and an excellent work ethic.
