Foreign Exchange Specialist Lead

The role of the Foreign Exchange Specialist Lead is pivotal in supporting the finance team's foreign exchange function.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the processing and posting of foreign currency transactions and payments within our finance systems.
- Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of foreign exchange transactions, adhering to accounting standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - finance, treasury, and sales - to streamline processes, resolve discrepancies, and enhance efficiency in foreign exchange operations.
- Provide support to Profit Centres regarding exchange rates, methods of payment, and FX hedging requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Accounts Payable leader or a similar role.
- Strong administration skills with proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level.
- Previous experience with Foreign Exchange is advantageous.

You will oversee the Accounts Payable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of foreign currency transactions and payments. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
