What you'll be doing Reporting into the Senior Commercial Procurement Manager, Corporate, this role will support the Group's spend categories across a range of corporate services.
This role will also support the Senior Commercial Manager and negotiate Tier 2 and Tier 3 non-critical supplier contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Drive procurement excellence for Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers, managing one-off and specialized procurement initiatives- Assist with ensuring the commercial elements of contracts are fulfilled (e.g. budget for projects, services credits etc)- Support the broader team to achieve procurement activities as required - Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify opportunities and maintain competitive advantage- Develop and manage supplier metrics and frameworks whilst evaluating performance risk and compliance - Manage the development of supplier performance reports and analytics to support Leadership updates- Manage issue escalation processes and relevant stakeholder communicationsWhat you'll bring to the table- At least 2 years' experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management with a strong preference in Technology and Financial industries working across indirect spend categories - Good understanding of Commercial objectives and the importance of considered strategically sound procurement outcomes- Experience managing contract negotiations across a diverse range of suppliers- Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team A career at PEXA starts with you
