What you'll be doing Reporting into the Senior Commercial Procurement Manager, Corporate, this role will support the Group's spend categories across a range of corporate services. This role will also support the Senior Commercial Manager and negotiate Tier 2 and Tier 3 non-critical supplier contracts Key Responsibilities Drive procurement excellence for Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers, managing one-off and specialized procurement initiatives Assist with ensuring the commercial elements of contracts are fulfilled (e.g. budget for projects, services credits etc Support the broader team to achieve procurement activities as required Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify opportunities and maintain competitive advantage Develop and manage supplier metrics and frameworks whilst evaluating performance risk and compliance Manage the development of supplier performance reports and analytics to support Leadership updates Manage issue escalation processes and relevant stakeholder communications
What you'll bring to the table At least 2 years' experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management with a strong preference in Technology and Financial industries working across indirect spend categories Good understanding of Commercial objectives and the importance of considered strategically sound procurement outcomes Experience managing contract negotiations across a diverse range of suppliers Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team A career at PEXA starts with you If you think you have the required skills, an appetite to learn and would be a great fit, we'd love to hear from you – even if you don't tick all the boxes.
