**What this opportunity involves**:
Are you enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about providing top-notch customer service? Join our team as a Concierge at The Loft, a trendy flexible workspace managed by JLL on Chapel St in South Yarra.
As the Concierge, you will be the face of our operation, delivering exceptional service to our clients and their customers. Your role will encompass a range of skills, including answering phone calls, greeting guests, and providing IT support. You will be an integral part of our Community Team, responsible for upholding our high standards and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who enters The Loft.
**An overview of the role**:
Manage the front desk area, checking in and out day users and visitors in line with our customer welcome process.
Support client needs and inquiries, escalating any issues for quick resolution.
Ensure the smooth operation of common spaces throughout the day.
Manage meeting room facilities and assist with AV setup as required.
Handle mail and package acceptance, both incoming and outgoing.
Assist with building operations and maintenance tasks.
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the kitchen, including light cleanup and restocking supplies.
Identify any issues for escalation to upper management.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
**Sound like you? This is what we're looking for**:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role is essential.
Enthusiastic, confident, and friendly demeanour.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work autonomously and multitask effectively.
Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel.
Demonstrated experience in working independently and acting as a reliable team member.
Motivated to excel and eager to learn and grow in the role.
Ambitious and committed to driving the brand to new heights.
