Reporting to the Project Manager, the primary purpose of the Facility Coordinator is to coordinate and assist with all facility management services including ensuring that statutory maintenance is provided and measured and completed.
You will also be responsible for the management, reporting and monitoring of financial performance against budget including forecasting for planned works.
You will possess: Experience working in a similar role with a background working with different trades type people Knowledge of cost planning Excellent oral and written skills Computer skills including MS Word & Excel An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
