**We are on the hunt for an experienced**
**_Owners Corporation Manager_**
**to join the team**

Our client is based in South Yarra, is one of our fastest growing companies, specialising in selling new residential projects off-the-plan as well as established. They have built an impressive track record of successfully marketing projects throughout Melbourne for a wide range of developers; from small firms undertaking their first development to major property groups.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing annual budgets and forecasts for Strata Corporations;
- Implementing building maintenance strategies within budgetary constraints;
- Ensuring legal compliance with respect to building management and internal processes;
- Managing and resolving client and contractor disputes.
- Establishing positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders;
- Managing financial matters and payment of accounts;
- Assisting clients with lodging complex insurance claims and arrange renewals;
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify and manage risks;
- Chairing General Meetings with Owners Corporations;
**The Must Haves**:

- SCA A100/NZ100 as a minimum accreditation (Certificate IV preferred)
- Ability to engage with and influence a wide variety of people;
- High level of verbal and written communication skills;
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
- Ability to manage legislatively complex issues;
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office;
- Minimum 3+ years industry experience (preferred);
- Knowledge of Legislations and Acts (desirable).
