We are seeking an experienced and skilled Owners Corporation Manager to join our vibrant team in South Melbourne. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in shaping the best office culture in the Owners Corporation industry.

The Role:

You will be responsible for facilitating AGMs and committee meetings, liaising with owners, committee members, and agents. You will also manage budgets, financial details, maintenance, and contractor activities. Additionally, you will administer aspects of insurance.

We offer a small portfolio to start, providing you with the opportunity to learn the ropes of the business and gain valuable experience before taking on more complex projects.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Owners Corporation Manager
  • Experience resolving defects
  • A great communicator with an empathetic nature, drive to exceed expectations, and ability to celebrate wins with your committee
