Job Description
The successful applicant will be responsible for examining patients, taking their medical histories, ordering laboratory tests and X-rays, and prescribing medications. They will also consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health. Additionally, they will provide counseling and support to patients on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
Examine patients and take their medical histories
Order laboratory tests and X-rays as necessary
Prescribe and administer medications and treatments
Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health
Provide counseling and support to patients on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must hold FRACGP, FACRRM or a comparable specialist pathway qualification. They must also be willing to relocate to Palmerston, Darwin and be eligible for permanent residency.
