HR Business Partner required for a 6-month fixed term contract

**Your new role**- Business Partnering: As the sole HRBP in APAC, you'll be the go-to person for all HR matters. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders, providing strategic advice and coaching.- Australian Employment Law: A solid understanding of Australian employment law is essential. You'll guide the organiSation through compliance requirements and ensure best practices.- Integration of Acquisitions: Their rapid growth has led to acquisitions. Your role will involve integrating these acquired entities into a cohesive whole, harmonising processes and culture.- Cyclical Activities: Manage quarterly and annual engagement surveys, fostering a positive employee experience.

**What you'll need to succeed**- Previous experience as an HRBP in a standalone role is critical. You should be comfortable working independently and providing strategic guidance. You will ideally have experience working for a global company.- Coaching Skills: Ability to coach and influence senior leaders effectively.- Insight into Australian Employment Law: Familiarity with local regulations.- Change Management: Experience with organisational change and transformation.
