**Key Accountabilities**:

- Assist in preparing forecasts, financial reports, and validating expenditures against budgets.
- Support contract reconciliation with the Site Engineer.
- Maintain asset and equipment databases.
- Coordinate timely stock orders to meet construction schedules.
- Monitor and reconcile material quantities; ensure records are current.
- Help prepare Practical Completion documents and upload to SharePoint.
- Create, manage, and distribute work tickets.
- Assist in developing and tracking construction schedules; escalate delays.
- Use systems to monitor construction progress against BoQ and field records.
- Identify variations and prepare client notifications with Engineers.
- Monitor quality, report non-conformances, and support defect closeout.

**About You**:

- 2-3 years of experience in project accounting and/or administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of personal drive
- Previous experience in finance administration is highly regarded
- Experience working in a project-based environment is desirable
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
