We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual who can assist our admin team. A previous background working in a domestic or CRICOS RTO will be highly desirable.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Generating offer letters, COEs and student invoices
- Assisting in onboarding students
- Handle and coordinate team calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organisation is based on office protocol
- Contacting our students to check their progress
- Using our internal student management system to record data
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
- Previous RTO experience (working for domestic or CRICOS RTO) will be a bonus not necessary
- have an ability to multitask, take initiatives and prioritise daily tasks
- have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills including written and verbal
- have pleasant phone manners
- be proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- be proficient in using Google suite
- be knowledgeable in reports creation and Google spread sheets
- be reliable, quick learner and a team player
- willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $22.86 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Eight Mile Plains, QLD 4113: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
