Mandatoryscreening around suitability to work with children applies to every position.About the RoleThe Student Services Team provides administrative support and manages student service functions within our College.
Working closely with other teams in the organisation to provide students with a high level of customer service and a positive learning experience.Be the first point of contact for student enquiriesProvide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactionsHandle complaints and resolve student concerns professionallyMaintain accurate recordsSupport other teams with administrative needsAssisting with general business support, such as stationery, supplies and amenities.The ideal candidate will have:Administrative or office support experience (preferred but not essential)Strong organisational and time-management skillsConfident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent communication skills and attention to detailFriendly, proactive and able to work independentlybe a dependable worker with a positive naturefully support the Christian ethos of the CollegeEssential qualifications are:a current Blue Card (Queensland Working with Children Check)Right to work in AustraliaPlease complete the Employment Expression of Interest Form by following this link .
