Dedicated to providing administrative support, your new position will see you responsible for the administration and coordination of flight and cabin operation related activities. You will perform day to day support to QantasLink bases, to ensure leadership teams have support and operational effectiveness is being achieved.

As the Base Operations Support Coordinator, you will manage and own the on boarding process of all new flight and cabin crew, process flight & cabin crew sick/annual leave and have an understanding on how to navigate HR & Safety Systems Workday & Intelex. You'll contribute to communication processes to ensure all relevant teams are made aware of relevant changes and/or initiatives, contribute to any relevant initiatives and/or projects to support improvement or maintenance of operational performance and maintain understanding of relevant safety processes and requirements and drive policies throughout team to ensure safe working practices and procedures are implemented and adhered to. Located within QantasLink Operations, this role will benefit a results driven individual with leadership qualities.

You'll have
- Established knowledge working with and interpreting Enterprise Agreements
- Computer literate with excellent keyboard skills
- Experience in using web based software
- Motivated and committed to management system principles
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a situational awareness of company activities
- Reliable with respect to confidentiality and professionalism
