Job DescriptionChallenge yourself to deliver seamless operational and administrative support for our Adelaide teamTogether we'll achieve a well-organised, efficient crew base that enables our people to perform at their bestPermanent part-time opportunity working 4 days a week at the Adelaide Domestic TerminalAs the Cabin Crew Base Operations Support, you will support our Adelaide-based domestic Cabin Crew and leadership team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service.
You'll assist crew with onboarding and offboarding, manage uniforms and access logistics, and maintain base supplies and facilities.
You'll also provide direct support to the leadership team through meeting coordination, communications, event planning, and general administration.
This role plays a key part in maintaining an organised, well-equipped crew base while helping achieve operational, financial, customer, and people targets.
You'll have:Proven experience in administrative support, ideally within operations or customer service environmentsStrong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to work autonomously while providing proactive support to leadershipExcellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional interactionsAbility to build strong relationships with key stakeholders to support collaborative outcomesSound understanding of airport operations and how to effectively support frontline teamsExperience coordinating logistics, including uniforms, access cards, and base suppliesAdaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic operational settingSelf-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and achievement orientationExperience supporting meetings and events, including scheduling, coordination, and minute-takingWhy the Qantas Group?
