**The role**: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Credit Support Officer to assist and support the Commercial Credit Team in performing the day to day operational activities and controls related to Commercial Credit in conjunction with the Commercial Credit Manager.

**What you'll do**
- Assist Commercial Credit Analysts by working alongside on Credit related requests, documenting and managing the workflow
- Manage any Commercial Credit Committee Meeting structures and processes
- Log and Follow-up Credit Conditions (both Pre & Post monitoring) to ensure that they are met in a timely manner
- Reporting and analyse trends - identify and report on early warning signs as developed by Marktfolge and raise with Commercial Credit Manager to develop action plan with Commercial Credit Analysts/Relationship Managers
- Work together with Commercial Credit Manager and Commercial Credit Analysts to ensure that the annual reviews are tracked and completed by the due date
- Control filing processes of key security documentation and working files
- Develop and implement the front office monitoring and control processes for Corporate Customer warning signs
- Manage monitoring processes day to day with Commercial Credit Analysts
- Coordinate and take lead on dealer settlement and changes in curtailment structures
- Process Legal Invoices and re-invoice dealer network and oversee legal costs are borne by the relevant party
- Liaise, in consultation with Credit Analysts/Manager, with external Lawyers on various legal matter including, but not limited to, deed of priorities, mortgages, variation and setup documents

**What you'll bring**
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance
- 2 years' experience in an admin or credit support role, automotive industry experience is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop alternative solutions to problem
- Well-developed written and communication skills and the ability to actively and accurately listen and influence all parties required
- Strong organisational skills and computer skills required
- Ability to self-learn and work autonomously
