We are recruiting for a highly motivated professional to join the National Shared Services Centre to join the centralised credit team as a **Credit Officer **located at our head office in **Parramatta, NSW.**

This role is instrumental performing Accounts Receivable administrative tasks to support the Credit team and ensuring compliance with the business's Corporate Credit Policy, Business Rules and Credit Procedures. You will ensure accurate data entry and processing of banking, customer credit claims, cash sales, new and existing master data records and reporting.

**In your new role, you will be**:

- Creating New SAP Master Data Records and maintaining existing records
- Producing Customer Credit Claims
- Uploading and attaching reports and other documents to customer account records
- Managing an assigned group of accounts including Cash Sales, Staff, General Ledger
- Administering refunds to Customers
- Releasing cash receipts and managing incoming payments
- Responsible for Cashflow reporting, processing of debtor journals, creating non-standard Invoices
- Facilitating all internal and external correspondence
- Responding to customer queries including provision of copy documentation as required
- Assisting the Team Leader and other team members as directed

**This role is a great fit for you, if you have**:

- 1-3 years' experience in an accounts receivable role
- 1-2 years' SAP experience (desired)
- Previously managed high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced computer skills
- A passion for delivering remarkable customer service and great results
- A high level of resilience and adaptability to changing situations
