My client is a reputable, creative business based in Sydney CBD fringe - we are recruiting for a Credit / Collections Officer, 12+months working experience required in a similar role.
You will be joining a passionate, highly motivated team on a permanent full time basis. Hybrid working is available (2 days office, 3 days WFH) or full time working from the office if preferred.
**You will be responsible for debt management of your own ledger (high volume), mainly working with small to medium size businesses.**
**Salary circa** $65,000 + super, work life balance, hybrid working & competitive leave policies.
**Duties / responsibilities**:
- Credit management of overdue client balances (high volume ledger)
- Management of payment plans
- Management of inbound client calls
- Processing banking
- Adhoc reconciliations
- Arranging payment plans and payments terms
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 12 months working experience in a Credit / Collections role working on a high volume ledger
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High attention to detail
- Customer focused
- Proactive, positive attitude & able to make informed decisions
- Full working rights in Australia
