Court Services Victoria (CSV) is a public entity established by the Court Services Victoria Act 2014 to provide expert administrative support to Victoria's courts: the Supreme Court, the County Court, the Magistrates' Court, the Children's Court, and the Coroners Court, as well as the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the Judicial College of Victoria.
**The main responsibilities in this role include**:
- logging and maintaining support requests to ensure that all requests for support including incidents are dealt with according to agreed standards and procedures
- providing support to stakeholders both internal and external on the use of a case management system
- investigation and resolution of issues, system modifications, updating documentation and defining enhancements.
What we are looking for
**To be successful in this role you will need to have a**:
- Demonstrated ability to provide advice and guidance to a diverse range of users including administrative staff, management and judicial officers.
- Demonstrated knowledge of case management systems (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of business procedures and practices of Courts and Tribunals (highly desirable).
