KingKira are seeking experienced Document Controllers for a project position in Perth with a major company within the mining industry. This role is Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week over 6 months, with the potential of extension for the right person.

**Duties of the role will include**:

- Liaising with stakeholders relevant to Document Control processes and issues
- Undertake the control, capture, registration and dissemination of information across the Project team members and Asset/Operations
- Providing final deliverables accurately with focus towards ongoing analysis and reporting
- Identification of areas of growth and opportunity
- Ensuring HSE standards are met

**To succeed in this role you will require;**
- A generalised understanding of the requirements involved with being a document controller with proven experience
- Expert communication skills who thrive in a team environment with focus on both internal and external engagement
- Knowledge in the flow of EDMS & MS systems
- Processing transactions in compliance with relevant standards and procedures
