About the opportunity

The Retail Investment team key objective is to deliver long term returns to investors by owning, managing, and developing a portfolio of prime quality assets and estates with a diversity of income and customer exposure.

As a Property Investment Manager, you will sit within the Retail team working alongside the National Portfolio Manager and other key members to drive the property development outcomes from acquisition through to completion and divestment.

You will be an integral member and leader as you will be across all facets of managing and delivering development projects from strategic investment and asset management, capital transactions, net income, customer strategy, valuation, development and sustainability outcomes as well as other fund/investor objectives.

About you

You will be degree qualified in property, finance, legal or a related field, with experience in securing prelease customers and/or delivering tenants for speculative facilities and marketing and leasing.

**Other knowledge and skills include**:
Knowledge of relevant Australian Acts, standards, codes, and practices

Demonstrated understanding of customer experience, drivers, and customer strategy execution

Understanding and knowledge of investment markets, transactional process, and contracts as well as logistics and warehouse market from an investor, leasing and capital transactions perspective

Strong financial capability

Proven people management skills, coupled with effective stakeholder management with both internal and external customers

Systems skills including, Excel, Word, financial modelling and budgeting tools and project management software (desirable)
