Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Property Investment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in the commercial real estate market.

Your primary focus will be on underwriting debt investments, executing transactions, and managing a portfolio of existing debt investments. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with borrowers, conducting market research, and analyzing financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwrite commercial real estate backed debt investments
  • Execute a wide range of transactions across real estate asset classes, including new originations and modifications of existing investments
  • Manage and service a portfolio of existing commercial real estate debt investments
  • Build and maintain relationships with borrowers
  • Conduct market research and analyze financial data
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic achievement
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience ideally in real estate asset investments, private equity, lending, investment banking or brokerage
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced user in Excel and PowerPoint
