**About the Role**

The Information Technology Coordinator plays a key role in the success of our group by ensuring we are at the forefront of technology developments that can improve organisational capability, culture and service delivery effectiveness. This multi-faceted position would see you assessing and creating strategies but also oversee and be responsible for managing and successfully implementing the information and computer technology systems for our group.

**About You**

**To be successful in this role**:

- **Demonstrate setting objectives and strategies for IT team (including outsourced contractors)**
- **Assess, maintain, and upgrade current IT and data systems and processes**
- **Selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimise their strategic benefits**
- **Designing and customising technological systems and platforms to improve customer and colleague experiences**
- **Ensure ongoing performance of networks and computer systems**
- **Plan and implement installation of new IT equipment and systems**
- **Troubleshooting and crisis management**
- **Budgeting and approving software/IT-related purchases**

- **Experience as a Senior CX Designer which encompasses customer experience design and user experience to architect, create, and implement the best solutions**
- **Web design architecture and thorough understanding and implementation of associated development technologies**
- **CRM and CMS platform experience and implementation**
- **Web Server Infrastructure, software and security**
- **Understanding and implementation of Two-Factor security authentication**
- **In-depth understandings of computer systems**
- **Web software architecture design and development**
- **Analytical understanding and processing of complex datasets and information**
- **UI/UX graphic design and print management**
- **Accept development opportunities including electrical tag and test certification**
