Flight Operations Duty Officer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Flight Operations Duty Officer. This position is responsible for managing the daily flying program, including changes and cancellations, as well as supporting non-flight training schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executed daily flying program, including changes and cancellations, day crisis co-ordination.\
  • Support non-flight training schedule.\
  • Co-ordinate supporting assets.\
  • Liaise with airfield co-ordination centre, synthetic training equipment, information communication technology manager and training instructors.\
  • Manage program data and provide data for reporting to the relevant authorities.\
  • Attend Airfield Coordination Centre briefs.\
  • Deliver night flying briefs to crew and students.\
  • Liaise with maintenance on aircraft availability and equipment required.\
  • Ensure compliance with relevant aviation regulations and standards.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.\
