With several Flavorite sites located across Victoria, this role is based at our Tatura location which currently employs over 350 employees.

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to help set up for phase 1 of our new Packing Facility

This is a full-time role perfect for someone wanting to join our busy, growing, and collaborative team.

Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating the packing functions to ensure relevant KPIs, quality and timeliness of customer orders meets expectations.

**Key Accountabilities of the Role**:

- Management of the team on your line including helping in recruitment, training and orientation and coaching
- Manage workloads through supervision and delegation
- Manage and report on leave attendance for your direct reports
- Manage quality and KPI requirements for the packing team
- On the line trouble shooting and problem solving
- An interest in getting in with the team to support them to reach the targets of the team
- Assisting in other departments including packing, as needed
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience in machinery operation
- Success and progress driven
- Previous experience in a similar capacity
- Proven and sound experience in leading a team
