Line Production Manager

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line. We are a leading manufacturer with a strong presence in the market. Our products include baked goods, which are sold through retail shops across the country.
You will be responsible for supervising staff to maximise efficiency and coordinate workload, conducting quality checks regularly, and ensuring that food safety guidelines are adhered to.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and delegating staff to maximise efficiency and coordinate workload
- Conducting quality checks regularly and documenting accordingly
- Ensuring food safety guidelines are adhered to
- Setting up and operating machinery to fulfill orders in a timely fashion
- Utilising equipment to move products and load onto vehicles
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of food safety principles, experience in food manufacturing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
In addition, they should have a proven track record in leadership and mentoring staff, as well as the ability to set and review performance metrics.
