The Role:

My client is looking for an experienced Geosynthetic Lining Supervisor to lead onsite installation teams across landfill, water, and infrastructure projects.

You'll be responsible for overseeing crews of lining technicians, ensuring quality installation of geosynthetic liners while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.

This role will be a mix of local and interstate work with lots of overtime available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise crews of lining technicians during liner installation (geomembranes, GCL, and related products).
  • Manage subcontractors and direct crews, ensuring efficient operations and collaboration.
  • Oversee safety protocols, QA/QC procedures, and site compliance.
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and client communications.

Requirements:

  • Proven field experience in geosynthetic liner installation (landfill, dams, ponds, containment systems).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage Taggys and subcontractors.
  • Certificates or proficiency in geomembrane welding, pressure testing, and QA/QC.
  • White Card and relevant site supervision licences/tickets.
  • Willingness to travel interstate as projects require.
