**Production line Supervisor / Team Leader**

This is a multifaceted role in which you will have the opportunity to use your myriad skills. You will lead by example and provide guidance to a small team, ensuring our products are delivered on time.

**The role**

With a strong focus on teamwork, you will:

- supervise our **new panel production operations** including picking, packing, loading and unloading.
- identify opportunities to **improve efficiency**, performance and strive for on time delivery.
- ensure **safety** standards are continuously evolving.
- **grow and mentor** your team to develop their capability

**About You**

You are coming from a manufacturing environment. As a process driven, safety focused leader, you will bring:

- experience working within a **multi-machine** production environment
- demonstrated ability in **motivating and building** high performing teams
- knowledge of production **quality systems** and work area optimization
- a commitment to the **safety and wellbeing** of yourself and others
- **forklift licence**

- multi-machine production environment: 5 years (required)

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
