Our client is a leading telecommunications services provider. They provide hybrid working arrangements, and they have assistance, rewards and recognition programs to support their employees.

**Location**:Sydney or Melbourne

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and write high-quality bids, proposals, and tenders in response to RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitations.
- Translate technical information into clear and concise language that is understandable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop compelling content that persuasively positions our company's solutions and capabilities.
- Manage the bid/proposal process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams, managing deadlines, and ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Proofread and edit all proposals to ensure they are error-free and meet the highest standards of quality.
- You might contribute to the board pack writing from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in bid/proposal/technical writing, preferably in the ICT industry.
- Proven ability to write winning bids and proposals.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate technical information into clear and concise language.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in desktop publishing/graphics/editing and Microsoft Suite.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of business principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Board pack writing experience is nice to have
- Full working rights in Australia
